Can you provide references from your suppliers?
We are in good standing with our banks and suppliers - we'll be happy to provide references for either one.
Can you provide a written Contract.
Yes. It is normally provided on our projects.
How long Have you worked with your Subcontractors?
We have spent years honing our relationships with skilled and reliable subcontractors and suppliers so that your project stays on track and the end result is a beautiful and durable finished space.
Are you guys Handymen?
We are licensed contractors and builders. We are not handymen. While we often take on very small projects, our focus in on remodeling and new construction and not minor home repairs. We are happy to speak with you about your project to see if we are a good fit.
How many other Projects do you have at any given time?
It varies, of course. However, we are especially careful in not overbooking ourselves to ensure that your project stays on schedule and our resources are dedicated to a timely completion of all projects we work on at any given time.
How accurate are your estimates?
When we provide a full estimate, we provide detailed, clear and accurate pricing. On the occasion that we run in to issues that affect the budget or schedule, we communicate that with our clients immediately, and work hard to reduce the impact on the project and your pocket book.
